Vineyard Notes

Cedar Lane vineyard is located in the Arroyo Seco appellation of the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. Soils are well drained, river bed gravelly loam. Cool climate, impeccable farming producing balanced vines and incredible fruit.

Winemaking Notes

Whole cluster pressed to neutral french oak puncheon (500L) for fermentation. Partial malolactic fermentation, aged 6 months in barrel prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes

Citrus, mineral with slight marine character define this wine. Dry with crisp acidity.
